I'm Jeff Ritger. I help e-commerce, manufacturing, and distribution companies break through operational bottlenecks by moving strategic high-value projects out of backlog and across the finish line quickly, while offering a structured approach to capital and growth strategy.
My work enables more rapid growth for companies that are growing as fast as their teams can handle. I bring deep experience and grit, and help those teams move as fast as the products and market will allow. I get hands-on with inventory, shipping, project management, supplier negotiations, new market launches, cost structure overhauls, 3PL transitions, and more. I advise on capital formation strategy to help brands fund their next stage of growth. And I use AI-powered workflows to move faster, cover more ground, and ensure completion of my work.
I've spent over a decade building and scaling ecommerce brands across categories including apparel, supplements, food, furniture, and industrial products. I've launched high SKU-count brands on Shopify, Amazon, and other major marketplaces simultaneously, multiple times, and built retail and wholesale channels once those brands gained traction. I've managed relationships with over a dozen 3PLs across five US states, and worked hands-on with manufacturers and artisans on everything from production to packaging to distribution.
Before ecommerce, I worked in venture capital and business development in the energy sector in Silicon Valley. I have an engineering degree from Columbia University and a philosophy degree from University of Puget Sound. I speak native English and strong professional Spanish.
